LG presented updated version of popular LG Cookie KP500 naming it LG Cooky and adding to it S-class 3D User Interface and 3D accelerator chip. LG Cooky in different markets is additionally known as LG SU910/KU9100/LU9100.

It seems Apple is finally on the way to form its own netbook, as rumors propose that the Cupertino company already agreed with its Asian suppliers (Wintek and Quanta) to produce the essential components for its touch screen netbooks, which will be released in Q3 2009. Technical details of the new device are not named, but presumably it will be done in a classical notebook form-factor, but not in the scheme of tablets

There are now more than 27,000 iPhone and iPod touch applications available via Apple’s App Store according to application analytics platform Mobclix . As of Monday dawn, the App Store boasts 27,131 applications in all; premium (paid for) titles now comprise 77.3% of all downloads. Games lead all iPhone categories with 6,276 titles, or 23.1% of total App Store downloads–entertainment apps follow at 3,682 apps (13.6%), soon after books with 2,450 apps (9%), utilities with 2,319 apps, (8.5%) education with 1,886 apps (7%) and Travel apps, which manufacture up just 3.9% of App Store stock.
