I am really digging the way some iPad games are using the iPhone as controllers. The latest such game is called PadRacer and each player uses the iPhone to control the car on the iPad screen.
Apple has acquired Siri, the company behind the personal assistant app for the iPhone. Terms of the purchase are unknown at that duration.
Reports are coming in that the next iPhone will use a camera from LG Innotek rather than the rumored OmniVision camera. The LG Innotek snapper is said to be a 5MP.

Hewlett-Packard announced it will buy beleaguered smartphone maker Palm (NASDAQ: PALM) for $1.2 billion, ending weeks of speculation about the company’s fate and pushign H-P deeper into the smartphone market. Acquisition speculation has been rampant since multiple reports earlier that month indicated Palm had tapped Goldman Sachs and another investment bank, Qatalyst Partners, to find a buyer.

Vodafone is about to launch their first Android smartphone ‘Vodafone 845′ into the market. that Huawei-made handset will sport a 2.8-inch 320 x 240 touchscreen display, a 3MP camera, 3G, WiFi, Vodafone 360 services and run on Android 2.1 OS. The Vodafone 845 will become available next month in 12 Vodafone markets, including the UK for 150 Euro (about $198) without contract. Check out the video preview after the break.

LG has decided to release the LG-SU950 in South Korea. that handset is slated to be released around May or June 2010. Specifications of the LG-SU950 include a 3.5-inch AMOLED WVGA display, DivX playback, a 3.5mm headphone jack, a 1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, Wi-Fi, GPS, and Android OS.
