There is great news by mobile users and T-Mobile will launch another branded handset that is rumored to be called MyTouch 3G HD in a couple of weeks and the new phone looks similar to the MyTouch 3G Slide that was launched a few weeks back. The design of the two phones are similar to one another and the MyTouch 3G HD additionally has the T-Mobile Carrier button

The latest version of the Kindle app for the iPhone adds some new and interesting features for fans. The new version has iPad search, a dictionary, and fast switching. The dictionary has 250,000 words in it.

The iPhone 4 landed in New Zealand today and there have been some issues with the launch. Apparently, many folks stood in line all night to be told by workers that the iPhone 4 was not there though the device apparently came in later.

A study by defense firm Lookout has found that 14% of free iPhone apps on the App Store are able to access the users contact list. What the apps are doing with the ability to access the iPhone contact list isn’t specified and the reason could be valid.

Samsung is ready to release a new dual SIM phone in August. Known as the Samsung E2152, that entry-level candybar handset has arised on Samsung’s MEA website. Verizon Wireless has announced the availability of the new Samsung Intensity II u460 on their network. The handset is sold for $49.99 with a 2-year contract agreement. In case you didn’t know, the phone offers a 2.2-inch QVGA display, a 1.3-megapixel camera with night vision, an alphanumeric keypad, a slide-out QWERTY keyboard, a microSD card slot (up to 32GB), a music player, Bluetooth, VZ Navigator and provides one-touch access to social networking sites including Facebook, Twitter and MySpace. LG Electronics has officially released the Optimus Z Android smartphone in the South Korean market via SK Telecom and KT. The phone features a 1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, a 1,350mAh battery, a 3.5-inch WVGA (800 x 480 pixels) “Hyper” HD LCD, T-DMB mobile TV support, a 5-megapixel camera, Bluetooth connectivity, Dolby Mobile and DivX compatibility. LG has plus promised an upgrade to the Android 2.2 Froyo system before the end of the year. It comes pre-loaded with by 100 applications, 70 of which are not available from the Android Market.
