The deal within AT&T and T-Mobile is floundering with it seeming that the deal will not manufacture it. AT&T is ready to pay out the massive $4 billion breakup fee according to reports.

Apple approved a subscription game service a couple days ago for Big Fish Games. Apple has now turned around and taken the game service down.
