Apple has been cracking down on applications that have the potential to show porn. Tumblr has now announced that it has made its app recommended for users 17 years old and by due to the possibility of viewing pornographic images.

Honda has announced that it will be offering optional technology for some 2013 Honda and Acura Vehicles Enabling Siri Eyes Free. The option will be a dealer installed accessory and will allow drivers to use Eyes Free functionality.

A new iOS 6.x jailbreak called evasi0n has been announced and is scheduled to launch next week. The jailbreak was tipped via a tweet from the developers and could launch before next week.

Micromax is reportedly preparing to release a new dual SIM Android 4.0 ICS smartphone ‘A89 Ninja’ in India. The handset is said to feature a 4.0-inch 800 x 480 capacitive touchscreen display, a 1GHz dual-core processor, a 512MB RAM, a 2GB of internal storage, a microSD card slot (up to 32GB), dual SIM card slots, a 3MP rear-facing camera and run on Android 4.0 ICS OS. Apple pulled a popular photo sharing app called 500px from the app store considering users were uploading pornographic images. The app is now been added back to the app store after developers added new features aimed at targeting inappropriate composition including a report button and mature composition warning.

Starfish Technologies is teasing a new smartwatch that it plans to launch at MacWorld that interfaces with the iPhone. The watch will be able to run its own apps and is designed to mirror substance from your iPhone screen.

The legal battle amoung Apple and Samsung by patent infringement continues to rage. Samsung is has won of the skirmishes in the war with Judge Lucy Koh ruling that Samsung did not willfully infringe on Apple patents, which means Samsung won’t be hit with any more than the $1 billion fine levied against it in the original ruling.

If you’ve updated your iPhone to the iOS 6.1 operating system that was available as of yesterday and buy movie tickets via Fandango the company has updated its app. The app update will allow you to purchase movie tickets using Siri.

Images of what is rumored to be a budget version of the iPhone 5 or China have surfaced online. The budget iPhone uses a plastic casing and is claimed to be thicker than the current iPhone 5.

A new product is on Indiegogo looking to raise the money for development called the Orobis Transform. The product is a cable that has an adapter that allows you to turn a standard micro USB connector into a Lighting connector to charge Apple gadgets and other devices with one cable.
