In yet another crackdown on Net users, the Chinese government has decreed that ALL CYBERCAFE USERS ARE TO BE PHOTOGRAPHED each instance they walk into a cybercafe. by mid-December, all Net cafes in Beijing will be mandatory to install cameras and snap a picture of every user. In addition, ID cards will continue to be scanned before customers can use the computers.
