Say what you want about the iPhone 3G’s reception issues–it’s a very popular device. And whenever there’s a hot new product on the market, others are going to take notice. And whether you’re looking to build a profit, you’ll try to get a slice of the pie. That’s precisely what’s happening in Japan as several new iPhone-themed magazines hit the shelves.

At the moment, it seems four magazines are in circulation in Japan that are devoted exclusively to the iPhone. And it makes sense. After all, the iPhone has plenty of news and info. It’s very popular and humans want to take in tips and tricks for how to use their phones better. Plus, reviews of popular apps never hurts.

Even so, four magazines seems a little excessive, don’t you think? And us in the US are not to be left out. An iPhone-themed magazine called iPhone Life is coming soon.
