Motorola has decided to release two new Android-powered handsets in Taiwan. Known as the Quench MB501 and Quench XT3, these cell phones are targeted at the middle end market. The Quench MB501 features a 528MHz Qualcomm MSM7200A processor, a 3.1-inch 320 x 480 display, a 256MB RAM, a 512MB ROM, and a 5-megapxel camera, while the Quench XT3 features a 600MHz Qualcomm MSM 7227 processor, a 3.2-inch capacitive touchscreen, and a 3-megapixel camera.
