The iPad has proven to be a very popular device, with Apple selling by 500,000 units in the US to term. The popularity of the device has led to the launch outside the USA to be delayed, with the iPad now expected to be hitting these shores from the end of May. At the same day, Orange has confirmed they will be joining O2 and Vodafone in releasing the iPad when it becomes available.
