Recent report on the Web by Akamai shows South Korea, Japan and Hong Kong dominating the top 3 positions of the world ’s fastest Net. Hong Kong has the second highest levels of extremely high speed connectivity among the top 10 countries, with more than 2.5% of connections to Akamai at speeds amoung 20-25 Mbps, and more than 5% at speeds in excess of 25 Mbps.
